Research Terms of Reference Assessing the demand for digital financial services and mapping financial service providers (FSP) in Uganda.

This assessment aims to inform the humanitarian refugee response in Uganda on user experiences and preferences around digital financial assistance and service provision as well as the capacity and experience of financial service providers (FSPs) to deliver financial assistance.

The Tailored Evidence and Learning Service (TELS) Flyer

The Tailored Evidence and Learning Service (TELS) is a free service provided to refugee response actors by U-Learn. Tt is designed to support response stakeholders with cross-sectoral learning and the increased use of evidence and good practices in the Uganda refugee response.

Refugee response actors can request services from TELS using the on-line application form on the U-Learn website available here.

ToR Financial Inclusion Learning Review Series

The Cash Working Group, in collaboration with U-Learn, is undertaking a Financial Inclusion Learning Review Series.

The overall objective of the learning review series is to increase uptake of evidence and good practices on financial inclusion.

The series will include 4 Learning Reviews on the following topics:

    1. Financial literacy training
    2. Women Economic empowerment
    3. Financial service providers (FSP)
    4. Inclusion of last mile groups
