This assessment aims to inform the humanitarian refugee response in Uganda on user experiences and preferences around digital financial assistance and service provision as well as the capacity and experience of financial service providers (FSPs) to deliver financial assistance.
The Tailored Evidence and Learning Service (TELS) is a free service provided to refugee response actors by U-Learn. Tt is designed to support response stakeholders with cross-sectoral learning and the increased use of evidence and good practices in the Uganda refugee response.
