Community Priorities Qualitative Assessment Report

This output presents findings from a rapid Community Priorities Assessment conducted by U-LEARN and HINGO, with support from FCDO, based on interviews with 38 Refugee Welfare Counsels between November and December 2025. The assessment captures community perspectives on priority needs, preferred assistance modalities, and vulnerable groups in a context of limited and rapidly changing data.
