Uthabiti Activity factsheet

Uthabiti, meaning ‘resilience’ in Swahili, is a three-year humanitarian-development nexus activity funded by the United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID’s) Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance. The activity builds resilience by diversifying the livelihoods opportunities for young people and women from refugee and host communities in Isingiro and Lamwo districts of Uganda. The Uthabiti Activity is implemented by Save the Children, Response Innovation Lab, Grameen Foundation and Swisscontact. 

 

This factsheet highlights the activity’s objectives, apparoaches and key achievements since 2022.
